Screw up again... I didn't yelp them the first 2 times but this time I had no choice. I only go for breakfast and not often. After the 2nd time I started checking the bag. Today the girl read it back to me (which was new) - and read it correctly so I didn't check. Get home. Wrong. To be fair this is the ghetto location so the 1 star is for the dress code. (Tank/ underwear optional) (oh and bc I can't choose 0 stars)

This place is horrible. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Every time I come here during lunch hour, they always make me wait for the smallest things. One time they made me pull into the reserved parking spots for a cup of water. We waited for 10 mins and they still hadn't brought it out. They probably thought that because it was only a cup of water, we would forget about it. I, myself, had to walk in to get my own cup of water when they could've simply just passed it to me through the drive thru window. That would've taken 2 seconds. If you have a complicated order, best believe they will miss something. Make sure you always check your food before you drive off.

I ate here this morning. I ordered a small coffee but wasn't asked if I wanted sugar or cream in my coffee. Once I was done odering I wasn't given a total for my order. I asked for sugar at the window and was given several sugar packets but wasn't given anything to stir the sugar into the coffee with. I also ordered a burrito with my coffee and was given exactly 1, singular, packet of hot sauce. As I ate my burrito and drank my coffee in the parking lot, a transient approached my car and asked me for change. I rarely go to McDonald's and today I was reminded why.

I still go often, but I keep my receipt in hand every time I get a refill, been hassled three times by the short manager there in the mornings. Shouldn't get hassled over a 1 dollar soda if I chose to eat inside :/

So though I'd rather avoid it all together, I find myself here about 4 times a year (other than just for an iced tea). And they mess up the order every single time. They outsmarted me today (even though I checked before driving off) by marking a McDouble as a Double Cheeseburger. Thanks again.

This McDonalds happens to be just down the road from a Junior High School. So if you are interested in eating in a McDonalds that is always packed with 12-14 year old kids swearing loudly, making sex jokes, ordering no food but taking up all the tables, leaving skateboards and backpacks lying around, and making you stand in line longer than any other McDonalds, then this is the place for you. The managers have long since given up doing anything about them. I guess all their dollar menu ordering keeps this place afloat. Honestly, head 5 mins south on Redwood to the one at about 5600 South and have a nice meal.

I know I know it's McDonalds, but this one is horrible. The only reason I ever go to this one is cuz it's right next to my house. This McDonalds is extra slow they consistently get orders wrong, I can't believe how often I'm there and some one that works there (but not on shift) or someone who used to work there is B.S.ing with the people that are working while I'm waiting for them to take my order. Then they have a bad attitude on top of that. The only good thing about this McD's is their ketchup pump. This place needs new management desperately!

Okay I'm not much of a fast food type girl but today I was waiting for the dealership across the street to open and wanted a drink and needed to use the restroom, mcdonalds is a good place for that right? For the restroom, yes! For the drunk? Maybe not. Having worked food service all my working life, I'm pretty good at food safety hazards and protocols. I definitely saw a couple violations in my two minutes looking at the things taking place behind the counter. First off, the guy filling orders (we always called this position the expo, don't know what they call it) wiped his nose with his care hand then continued to touch food, gross. He also looked like trash. I mean. Probably a minimum wage McDonald's employee, I don't expect much of a standard. But he had saggy pants, a knife and wallet chain hanging out of his pocket, and was leaning on the counters in between orders, touching his face and all that. Totally unprofessional. Second, I saw one of the guys working drive through drinking a drink at his station. I'm pretty sure that food safety regulations say that employee drinks are to be kept out of food prep area and that after you take a drink or eat, you must wash your hands before handling customer food/drink. So there's something for you. And the third, although not necessarily against health code but it was pretty gross was the cashier was just beading and dripping sweat. It made me wonder what good and drink she has been and will drip her sweat into. Kind of gross. Maybe that's why she was on the register but my mind went to her working in the kitchens blech. After getting my drink I was kind of discussed to drink it. If those are the things I could see in a few minutes, I can just imagine all the things I can't see. It's a news story waiting to happen.

I often forget that this store exists, set away from the main intersection I only have occasion to stop at this location only once or twice each year. Recent visits have been satisfactory.

Went to get a sundae tonight. The sundae was good. The lobby was dirty. Not too busy at all so I got my sundae fast.
